Senior SEO Manager – GreenLabs Digital

Job Description

GreenLabs Digital is seeking an experienced Senior SEO Manager to lead optimization strategies for multiple client websites. You will analyze website data, research keywords, build and execute SEO plans, coordinate with content and design teams, monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable insights. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of on-page & off-page SEO, experience with tools like Google Analytics / Search Console / Ahrefs / SEMrush, and ability to stay updated with algorithm changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis

• Optimize website content and metadata for SEO best practices

• Develop backlink and outreach strategies

• Monitor site performance, rankings, and traffic; produce regular reports

• Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to implement SEO recommendations

• Stay updated on search engine updates and adjust strategy accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in SEO management or digital marketing

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SEO tools

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and CMS (e.g. WordPress)

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
