Key duties include:
• Preparing and cooking menu items to company standards
• Managing kitchen stations and maintaining cleanliness
• Following recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety rules
• Organizing ingredients, checking stock levels, and reporting shortages
• Collaborating with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Ensuring timely preparation, plating, and service during peak hours

Qualifications:
• Experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar kitchen role
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently
• Creativity, teamwork, and a passion for culinary excellence
